Cake with bananas

preparation

     1
     8 whole eggs with a whisk 8 tablespoons sugar, gently stir in 150g ground walnuts and 2 tablespoons flour. Grease a mold, sprinkle with flour and bake in the oven. You can do this for two times in a round mold, but since I prefer a square cake pan at work, and, naturally, all of a sudden.

     4 egg yolks 4 tablespoons sugar and rile blender, add 3 tablespoons of flour, half a liter of milk and cook on steam. When the custard has cooled add 125g butter umućenog with 2-3 tablespoons powdered sugar (I'm not adding the sugar).

     If you are making 2 round crust, cut each in two, so you have a total of 4 peel and if you are in the pan, then cut them at your convenience, or to be a 4 or 3 pieces (depending on what kind of pan).

     Rack: crust, filling, and banana slices through the crust only goes back filling.

     Garnish with whipped cream from the top.

Because of this cake left 4 egg whites, here are some suggestions of what to do with them: meringue keksici Fine walnut ice dessert Marshmallow Amarettini or simply freeze in a plastic bag and use as needed.
Since this time I wanted to make something smaller cake, I reduced the amount of eggs from 8 to 6 pieces (only bark, filling remains the same).

      1/2 liter of milk
      125 g of butter
      2-3 tablespoons icing sugar
     Other
      3-5 bananas
      2 or 3 bags cream
       milk cream
