Cheesecake

Cheesecake


700 gr. cottage cheese
250 gr. sour cream sour cream
250 gr. sugar
250 gr. butter, softened
1 egg +200 gr egg whites
80 gr flour
30 gr vanilla pudding

Pastry:
300 gr ground biscuits
150g butter

preparation:

Mix mashed spread it with butter.
Beat the egg whites and snow all the ingredients (except flour and pudding) Mix well to be united. Finally interfere flour and vanilla pudding.

crust:
Ground biscuits umjesiti well with softened butter roll and put on the bottom of pan and bake for 5 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees.
When slightly cooled crust add cheese directly and return to oven cake is done when it receives a golden yellow color.
serve cold
