Red Fruit Compote
500 g of red wine
300 g of water
1.000 g of orange juice
1000 grams of sugar
cinnamon stick
2 lemons
1250g cherries, berries or other fruits
150 g vanilla pudding
200 g of water
1250g cherry
Wine, water, orange juice, sugar, cinnamon, lemon half and sliced cherries cook.
Umut 200 g of water and pudding and add the cooked syrup and mixing for a short boil.
remove from heat and add the second part of 1250 g cherries.
