Apple Cake
Dough:
6 eggs
6 tablespoons sugar
6 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons oil
FILLING :
5 apples
3 tablespoons sugar
3 tablespoons oil
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon ,
CREAM :
2 dl cream
2 dl milk
2 tablespoons sugar
1 packet gelatin
PREPARATION :
Eggs, sugar and oil blended into hard snow, turn off blender, pour on a little flour and gently hand- mix the dough would not have settled .
Put the oiled baking dish and bake at 200 C for about fifteen minutes.
Clean and grate the apples in a pot put oil grated apples and sugar, cook and poured a little cinnamon .
So hot apple placed over hot baked dough.
Allow to cool , and the chilled pastry cream paint that you need to prepare .
Soak the gelatine in cold water according to instructions on the bag . Heated to the boiling milk and sugar , remove from heat source and put the soaked gelatine to dissolve.
Mix a little cream in it pour milk gelatin , mix a little longer to become foamy .
Pour over the apples and place in the refrigerator to harden cream .
