Apple pie

Apple pie


200g butter
4000 gr flour
100 gr brown sugar
lemon zest
1 egg
vanilla sugar

1 kg of apples
100 gr brown sugar
cinnamon

preparation

Apple peel and grate, then put them cook with sugar and cinnamon until most of liquid has evaporated.

Melt butter and add it to the flour, sugar, vanilla sugar and lemon zest and knead dough crisp add the  an egg to keep it united dough .

 Rolle half  dough to the thickness of 0.5 cm put on the baking pan and put on a short bake in the oven at 180 degrees, when the dough has cooled on him, put stewed apple and grated on the surface of the dough that's left.
Bake until golden yellow.
hot pie sprinkle with powdered sugar
