Caramelized apples
ingredients
40 caramel cubes
5 - Apple
1 - tablespoon water
5 - wooden sticks
Wash thoroughly and dry apples. Remove the stem and in its place hammer wooden stick.
At low temperature melt caramel and water. When the mixture becomes smooth plunge apples, remove and place on wax paper to dry. If desired, chill them in the fridge.
