Chocolate Cream

Chocolate Cream


 

ingredients


125 g dark chocolate
4 eggs
1 tablespoon water

Chocolate break it into a bowl and add a tablespoon of water. In a large saucepan, boil water and put the bowl with chocolate. When chocolate softens stir until the mixture is smooth, then leave to cool.
Separate the egg yolks from the whites. Whisk egg yolks and slowly stir in the chocolate mixture.
Beat the egg whites until the snow becomes firm and gently spoon, add to the mixture. Mix gently stir.
Pour the cream into a bowl and chill in the refrigerator for several hours. When it hardens, sprinkle with grated chocolate.
