Cabbage strudel

The leaves of pies and rolls (500 g)

FILLING
500 g fresh cabbage
2 ports
250ml sour cream
2 carrots
4 tablespoons olive oil
optionally salt and pepper

preparation

1 Grate fresh cabbage and carrots. Onions cut into small cubes.

2 In a deep frying pan Cook the chopped onion and carrot, and finally add the cabbage. All along well with salt and pepper, cover and cook for approx. 10-15 min.

3 Divide mixture by sheets of dough (we recommend 2 per sheet) that have previously been smeared with a little oil.

4 Folders arrange side by side in a baking sheet and brush with sour cream. Strudel bake for 30-35 minutes. at 180 ° C.
