Chicken with zucchini



ingredients
     4 people



      400 g chicken fillet
      2 tablespoons cornstarch
      400 g zucchini
      100 ml oil
      1 teaspoon salt
      1 teaspoon grated ginger
      50 ml of water
      50 ml of wine
      1 teaspoon Vegeta
      1 teaspoon sesame oil

Chicken, cut into strips and roll uškrobno flour. Do not peel the zucchini, but cut them in half and then cut into thin slices.

Then, on the same oil fry shortly zucchini, salt with remaining salt and add the ginger. Return the meat and cover it with water and wine.

Add Vegeta and all together for a short while. Finally, add the sesame oil.
