Hazelnut cake



ingredients

     For the cake:
      5 eggs
      5 tablespoons sugar
      5 tablespoons flour
      2 tablespoons water
      ½ baking powder
      1 vanilla sugar

     For the cream:
      250 g ground hazelnuts
      100 g of powdered sugar
      50 g of chocolate
      50 g butter
      100 ml cream
      2-3 tablespoons cherry jam

 



     Separate the egg white from the egg yolk. Meringue Beat whites and yolks foamy with sugar, vanilla sugar and water.
 
     Mix flour with baking powder and gradually stir into the mixture of egg yolks. Finally gently stir Snow Meringue.
 
     Pour the cake mixture into a greased plate (25 × 35 cm) and bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for about 15 minutes.
 
     Baked biscuit cool, wet cherry jam, then hazelnut cream.
