Rolled chestnut



ingredients

      650 g puréed chestnuts
      150 g ground walnuts
      150g butter
      50 ml of water
      3 tablespoons sugar
      2 vanilla 
      2-3 tablespoons rum
     For the chocolate glaze:
      300 g dark chocolate
      200 ml cream
     Serving:
      1 Whipped cream

     Vanilla sugar, sugar, water and rum briefly boil and cool.
  

     Drained chestnuts add foam made ​​butter, boiled sugar and ground walnuts.Ingredians  mix well and form a transparent foil rolls. Pour chocolate icing and chill.
