Porridge snow



ingredients

      5-6 eggs
      150 g sugar
      1 tablespoon wheat flour type 400
      1 liter milk
      1 vanilla sugar
       lemon peel




preparation



     Mix the egg yolks with the sugar until light and add the flour. Beat egg white whites.

     The milk is put vanilla sugar and let it boil. Then remove the milk from the heat and place it in the bucket of snow meringue. Return the pan back on the fire, but only so that the batter starts to boil. Quickly they turned around and put them back a few seconds and place in a deep bowl.

     Repeat the process until all the dumplings cook. Blended mixture of egg yolks same pour hot milk, stir well and return to pan.

     Briefly boil on medium heat, stirring (3-5 minutes) until the topping starts to thicken.

advice

Boiled dumplings snow should double the volume, and this will be achieved if you follow the instructions, or snow can not cook because it will shrink and become tough..
