Pumpkin soup

Pumpkin soup



     350 g pumpkin
     1 onion
     1 clove of garlic
     0,5 dl cream
     olive oil
     Salt, pepper


preparation:

     Pumpkin clean and cut into cubes. At the olive oil gently fry onion, add Pumpkin and garlic.
     All good fry and add some water, season with salt and pepper. Cook for 5-10 minutes, then mix everything well in the food processor or stick blender.
     If the soup is too thick, add some water and cream, pononvno back to the fire, and boil the soup is ready to serve.
