Pumpkin parfait

Pumpkin parfait



     125 g sugar

     4 eggs

     3 dl milk

     3 dl whipped cream

     350 g pumpkin

     10 g gelatine


preparation:

     Pumpkin fry in a pan and when you mix soft stick blender.
     In an electric mixer mix the yolks and sugar until you get a thick mixture.
     Pour the boiled milk, add the pumpkin mixture, stir and allow to cool.
     When the mixture has cooled, add the battered cream and gelatin. All good mix Pour into mold and chill in the fridge to chill.

Before serving roll in crushed pumpkin seeds
