Savoury stew

 Savoury stew



ingredients

Number of people:
     6 people

      500 g beef
      1 tablespoon
      1 tablespoon sweet paprika 
      50 g smoked bacon
      50-100 ml of white wine
      100 g pickled port (onion)
      500 g potato
      2 tablespoons oil
      250 g button mushrooms
      1 teaspoon sugar
      1 tablespoon cornstarch
       parsley


 Beef cut into cubes, mix with Vegeta and Vegeta sweet paprika mix and let stand briefly.

On tablespoon oil saute chopped bacon and add the meat. Pour the wine and simmer covered for about an hour, occasionally adding water.

Especially the remaining oil fry potatoes cut into smaller pieces, add the mushrooms, cut into quarters, and when the liquid has evaporated, add the sugar and thoroughly rinsed onions. Add to meat and cook for another 20-30 minutes.

In the end, all cover with water (about 500 ml), stir in the cornstarch diluted in a little water, boil shortly and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
