Spaghetti carbonara a `la Srecko


Necessary for two people:

200 grams of cooked spaghetti
1 clove garlic (chopped with parsley)
150g smoked ham cut into cubes or strips
olive oil
2 dl cream
thyme
1 dl white wine
salt
pepper
gorgonzola
lemon juice
grated cheese

In a pan put oil, garlic, ham thyme salt and pepper and short prodinstamo.
