Cuttlefish on Korcula way
Although most often end up in the risotto, black, this meal in good company of various vegetables and spices cuttlefish reveal such exceptional delicacy.
1 kg cuttlefish
50 ml olive oil
1 eggplant
2 zucchini
2 onions
500 g potatoes

1 green pepper
1 red pepper
clove
1 tablespoon capers
100 ml white wine
1 bunch of parsley
2 teaspoons Vegeta
preparation
Sipe Clean, wash and cut into wider strips. Peppers, zucchini and eggplant wash and cut into slices.
Heat oil sauté sliced cuttlefish, according to them arrange sliced onion, and peppers, eggplant and zucchini.
