Beef Carpaccio

Beef carpaccio



  100 gr steak
  50 g arugula salad
  50 gr Parmesan
  olive oil
  salt pepper
  lemon juice
  aceto balsamic
  pine nuts

Frozen beef steak cut as salami, stack on a plate, salt, lemon juice, pour over pour.
Arugula Season with aceto balsamic and olive oil and put an environment.
Grate the parmesan slices and place in the oven at 200 C for 10 minutes.
When cool, break and sprinkle on arugula and steak and sprinkle with pine nuts
