Moby Dick Figs

Moby Dick Figs




necessary


4 large figs
0.5 dl Prosecco or a sweet wine
balsamic vinegar
cinnamon stick
100 gr sugar

crust of sesame


100 gr butter
: 1100gr flour
  50g sesame
  50gr yellow sugar
cinnamon

orange cream


2 dl cream
1 orange juice
little triple sec
50-60 grams of powdered sugar

preparation


Figs notch at the top and put to boil in sherry and balsamic vinegar, add the cinnamon stick and sugar, when the figs cooked remove them on a baking sheet and the rest of the sauce reduce and pour over figs.
Bake at 200 C for 10 minutes.

Whisk cream, orange juice, triple sec and sugar
